#1 Son is Moving back to Texas as his Job in New Jersey Finished up.
They brought a load and the kids last week. In that load was his deep freeze which is full of fish. So I found a small bag of Flounder and decided to grill it.
I have been on a roll this week, grilling. My wife fixed some Cole slaw and mixed veggies to go with the fish. Old Bay, Tony's and EVOO for seasoning then on the grill.

Looks great. What is this Tony part of the marinade? I have tons of Rock Cod in our freezers and am always looking for different fish recipes to help the cause.

I'm gonna guess that "Tony's" is Tony Cachere's Creole seasoning.
