Brined legs as usual and grilled on the barrel grill. Made up some Lemon Pea Orzotto. Was very good. Coconut cream was a nice addition. I will be doing Orzotto more often. Thanks Eric for the idea. I will be off to Melbourne Fl to see brother and his wife next week. Looking forward to that.

Another bottle of my Trader Joe's wine. This was so good. I rarely pay much over $6 a bottle there and amazed how good of wine you can get for that price.

Great looking meal Brian. Glad you tried orzo. The coconut milk is good but you can just use heavy cream. Nice work and safe travels.

That combination sounds really well balanced, especially with the brined chicken adding flavor depth against the light citrus and pea notes in the orzotto. Coconut cream is a nice twist that likely gives it extra richness without overpowering it. Great idea to explore orzotto more often after a result like this.

Thanks Eric. Only posted this since was part of asking for help. Glad you motioned the orzo. I a big fan of coconut cream and wanted to try it. Next will be more a traditional one.

A perfectly ripe seasoned slice of tomato is so underrated in my book!!!
