Got a question on pulled pork ???

I have a bag of pulled pork in the freezer and want to make pork nachos  , lots of juice in the bag so my plan is to mix some mango salsa a little taco seasoning and reheat in the smoker at 225 for an hour . Any thoughts or tips on this ???

Sounds like a good plan. If it's a food safe vac bag you could warm it up in a pot of water as well. Let's see some nachos!Thumbs Up
