  1. Not sure how all of this works however I long time cooker of 50 years and own lots of cooking devices including Smoking trailer, Green Egg, other smokers and complete set of Dutch ovens and iron cook ware.  I specialize in cowboy cooking.  All Rubs and no sauces, my wife cooks the best red beans in the world.  We have lots of fun eating and cooking. 

    I am new to this forum and in building my new propane 250 gallon, tandem trailer cooker I know I will get a lot help and advice on the best of all worlds, I am pretty handy and expect this project to be pretty nice.  I am doing it to keep busy and at 73 picked up my tank at next to nothing.  Building trailers is fun for me as well.

    As far as cooking, I cook low and slow and just cooked a Brisket last night, it really made a nice breakfast.

  6. Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
    About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
    and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
    We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
    Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
    because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
