It's my friends anniversary and he asked if I could smoke some ribs for him and his bride of many years. Of course I said yes!! Gonna do baby backs for them. Had some rib tips that I trimmed off the spare ribs I smoked yesterday. I'll throw them on as well. Doing multiple flavor layers again today and no wrapping. 250 degrees for about a 5 hour cook but it's windy today. Oak is my primary heat source. My friend liked them. I had to taste before I delivered. Yep, GOOD and competition quality.
Flavor Layers
Killer Hogs AP seasoning (light coating)
Killer Hogs Original rub
Apple juice spritz from time to time
Coke
Tiger sauce
Parkay
Brown sugar
Honey
My homemade BBQ sauce
