Mixed up some meat for sticks.
Got the sheep casings soaking.
Bologna meat mixed.
Going in these.

You hung right with the casings?
We only got 5 inches but 45 mins south of us got 36".
Yes I used my dowels so,maybe you should watch them till they dry better
I've had them break just hanging on hooks, but if they do just put them on a rack. They will have some lines, but they will be fine.
Everything is nice and dry, added some pitmaster smoke.
And the sticks are still hanging
