Top sirloin sliced into bite sized chunks, seasoned with my Fortune Favors the Bold Steak Rub, cooked in a roasted garlic/amish butter mixture, drizzled with more of the butter mixture when done, on top of baby red mashed potatoes, and garnished with parsley. And of course....another cocktail.
