Came across some really interesting seasonings this morning online at Amazon.. they're called Raw Essentials. I could definitely use a few that they offer and they're very unusual. You might want to check them out. Also, my youngest daughter is having her first child in March and her gender reveal party is mid November, and I have a few quirky smoked snacks planned.. I'll smoke a cream cheese for a special dip I'm making and cold smoke the Doritos at the same time 😋.. also doing candied Cheetos, but want to hit them with some fine bacon bits and smoke them a little on the cookie sheet in my smoker roaster, and when cooled down but still tacky, hit them with a little dehydrated dill pickle sprinkle 🤔. Sweet and salty. Her and I just did some pickle poppers a couple weeks ago that rocked my kitchen. And seems lately most of our food conversations are pickle food😋😂

I pulled the recipe up on Pinterest.. there are a couple recipes there, for each type of Cheetos..the puff ones and also the skinnier harder ones. I'm going to tweak my recipe though of course 😁

The base for this is pretty much the same as the caramel popcorn recipe or cracker Christmas crack.. typical brown sugar, butter, vanilla and baking soda at the end of the caramel cooking stage

Thank you 😊. I actually have grandkids over 20 years old and there's a 15 year difference in age between my oldest daughter and my youngest daughter(my hubby came home for lunch🙄😜) who's having her first, but it's been so long since we've had a baby in our family it's like a first 👶🥰
