I have cooked them on the Egg before and the little hint of smoke adds a nice flavor.

I have thought about it, but have never tried it... yet... it is a dish begging for bacon.

Yeah, I thought about that, but that's a Big Pie. I don't think most Drs would have a problem with what is in a nice sized slice of that thing of beauty.
