First ever fatty.  Thanks for the tips a directions in the forums!  It really made putting it together a snap!  1lb medium pork sausage, sauted onions, peppers, and shrooms, hash browns, and orange rind munster.  Cooked to 165 with apple and hickory.  Not a bad first try.  Can't wait to play with the flavors!  Thanks again, smoking meat forums!
