Well i didnt get pics of it while smoking but i will post pics after i pull it out of the cooler i used dudes technique and the smell is awesome will be ready to pull about 530 gonna serve it with baked potatoes and some slaw cant wait mmmmm it smelled so good

Now thats some good looking chuck there yount. Your dinner looks alittle differant then mine thou. Mine has the slaw in the bun under the chuckie. Yum Yum Good.
