Prime Rib

Rib marinated in S&P, Worcestershire Sauce, Onion Powder and Garlic Powder.

Cooked in the GMG using Texas Gold Blend pellets. Cooking @ 105C, 220F

Cooked for 4 1/2 hours until IT was 57C, 134F Covered with foil for 1 hour and IT crept to 60C, 140F.
