You know you are addicted to smoking .......  When your freezer & Fridge are running over, you have smoked salt and spices in the pantry, You start having withdrawals if you can't smoke once or twice a week. You may be addicted if your wife goes to cook something and says in a loud matter of fact voice " IS EVERYTHING IN HERE SMOKED"  You may be addicted if you spend a good portion of the day on SMF talking to buddies about smoking, If you sit around thinking about building another smoker because you can't hang sausage vertically in the one you have. .... and that's just for starters
