Hey guys , had the craving for some filipino bbq pork so i carved up a pork shoulder into cubes . Marinated 9 hours with soy sauce , banana ketchup , brown sugar, garlic, lemon juice , and 7 up.
Since there was a lot of pork left on the shoulder i decided to grind some up for homemade lumpias.
Served with coconut white rice that my wife made. Everything was delicious but definitely not as good as the filipino restaurant i like to . However it got the job done.
