Greetings to all.
With all the great cooking that goes on around my side of town, and with finding a great informative Forum, my creative ideas took off. Just reading the articles is addictive! I been wanting to build a reverse flow for a long time. I mentioned it to a co-worker and he gave me a propane tank. Guess anytime you can start a project for free surely has to be off to a good start, Right? Till I priced plate steel. Woo!! I haven't cut it yet ( still in the rinse out stage). I have ordered both hinges and thermometers from e-bay. The dimensions are 14" diameter outside and from weld seam to weld seam is 31". Will have to cut the door to get closer measurements.
Well, it getting time to go make some car bodies. Work calling. Looking forward to communicating with some of you guys and happy smoking to all!
