[h5]The weekend is right around the corner......Its a Holiday weekend up here in Ontario. I cant wait to cook the Pork Shoulder on Monday.....in the meantime what is something quick and easy to throw in the OBS and smoke??[/h5]

a little bit longer smoked potato's smoked meatloaf , baby back ribs , bologna ,corn on the cob
