Marine Vet, Graphic designer by trade, Newbie smoke enthusiast currently living in central Illinois but moving to central Florida

My current outdoor set-up is a chargrill pro gas grill (no smoke box add-on) and a Smoke Hollow electric cabinet smoker (no mods so far). Still getting to know the smoker have had much success with pork shoulders, spare & bb ribs, and chicken smokes. 

Learned a lot so far and will make a post soon with a Q-view of the work I have done so far.
