So far it is.

I had a learning curve on the controller but TSM walked me thru it.

And the coil and parts are easy to replace.

Which casings do you use?  We will be using LEM 2 1/2 x 20-Inch Non-Edible Fibrous Casings for our first run of Venison SS.  Curious what's the "best out there".

Thanks Y'all.

The LEM fibrous casings are great for SS chubs, Just make sure you soak them per the LEM instructions before stuffing.

Here is the Garlic SS chubs. I like to cut the ends off before vac sealing.


I like a medium grind most the time.


Saved one chub for us, rest went vac sealed.


Still learning the curve on the new smoker.
