Figured why not give it some extras smoke.
I planned on traditional; pineapple & cloves but as they say: Best laid plans...... I came up empty on both counts. Resorted to Mandarin Oranges & a glaze I whipped together. Honey, Brown sugar, Triple Sec & spices. Removed the skin, trimmed a little fat & scored it about 1/4" deep.
Set the MES up at 240 with Orange wood. Basted with the glaze at 125 & pulled at 145.
Slice & Serve. Nice smokey flavor
