I see you finally got a suitable name...gotta agree with it...suits them, and you, well.

This is a prime example of how far a little imagination can go...have some ingredients to use and need an idea where to start. I like you're style...some of my best creations were attributed to freezer, fridge and/or pantry scrounging, and once I saw what I had to work with, I just let the creativity flow. No recipes or methods in mind...from scratch, out of the box, shooting from the hip...whatever one wishes to call it...it's all from the mind of the creator...and, it's always provides a unique cooking and dining experience, because it's all you.

Simple and few ingredients, easy and tasty...what's not to like? I just might make these at our little gathering later this month...hmm.

Wow Disco - I love your little "beefy creations" and I love the name also.  Smoked steak and a pearl onions - you can't go wrong with that.  However, I think you should FedEx me a batch just so I can make sure they are ok to serve at your next dinner gathering....Har! Nice job my foodie friend.

Thanks, Josie. However, there is no chance of me shipping you any. Otherwise, you may not choose to come north to visit. Our mountain estate is pretty but very quiet compared to Vegas so I need the food to be an attraction!
