I bought a different brand but that style of dehydrator is where it’s at. They work so much better than tray stack style. Looking forward to your review.

Looking forward to using it. Want g to dry common soup vegetables. Use them with some canned chicken or beef for quick soups.

Trying the dehydrator today.

Onions and carrots.

Tomorrow will try a couple of bags of frozen diced potatoes.

Easily fit 15 pounds of sliced onions,. Sliced them 4mm on a mandolin. No room left for carrots.

I hardly use mine, abt once a year for habs and jalapeños. Got it for $40 so nice to have. It is a six tray. Need to try some fruit sometime.
