My wife planted 2 jalapeño pepper plants this past spring, and they went crazy!

I have probably two more buckets worth still on the plants, and I’m looking for ideas on making homemade jalapeño seasonings…

I sliced a few in half, and have them in the dehydrator. I’m thinking to grind them once they’re dried out.

What would you add to that powder?

Also, any other ideas that use up a bunch of jalapeños are welcome!

I could eat 3-4 ABT's everyday. You could also do some Cowboy Candy or smoke them and do some Chipotle Peppers in Adobo.

I’ve made several batches of ABT’s, in fact I just ate some leftovers for lunch a few minutes ago!

I would like to make cowboy candy, I saved a recipe off of this forum for that.

Do you have a recipe for chipotle peppers in adobo?

Would you do the same amount of each of those?
If the jalapeño is your base ingredient, I would think
4 parts jalapeño
2 parts garlic powder
2 parts smoked paprika
1 part mexican oregano

I would mix up a small batch and try it then adjust it from there if needed.
