One of a few things I am working on for a cookout with my neighbors tomorrow. Simple but delicious and great on these hot days. 4 English cucumbers sliced. I scrape the length on all sides with a fork making ridges that helps hold the sauce. One medium red onion quartered then thinky sliced. Sauce is 1 1/4 cup light sour cream, 4t Splenda, 5T white vinegar, 1t salt, 1/2t garlic powder and 2T chopped fresh dill. I also too it with another T of dill. Simple but delicious side dish that will offset the richness of the coming cowboy beans and ribs. Thanks for looking.
