Started with some dried beef I made a while back http://www.smokingmeatforums.com/t/251021/dried-beef-wsm-style

Soaked to rehydrate cut into strips


Made some hash browns instead of toast


Cream of mushroom soup with beef added simmer for 5 minutes or so


Hash Browns in the Cast Iron


Cream of Beef served over the Hash browns

Very filling breakfast

Oh man that looks great.

I have only had it over toast, have to try hash browns.

I have a pack of venison dried beef left in the freezer I think.

Adam we finished it this morning it was even better today.Haven't had Venison in years since I stopped hunting

That looks good Richie. I can't remember the last time I had SOS it's been so long. And hashbrowns in a CI pan all crisped up....mmmmmmm
