Couple butts on the Weber with the Smokenator

  1. I was asked to arrange a pastor's luncheon next week and told to do something simple like fried chicken or something. Well, I figured I would do something better and smoke a couple butts and serve pulled pork sandwiches.

    Friday night we were supposed to get a lot more snow, but it held off and we didn't get much. So Saturday morning wasn't too bad when I fired up the kettle with the Smokenator.

    Here's what I started with, 2 ten pounders rubbed down with Jeff's rub:

    Hopefully there will be enough leftover for me to get some. I hate it when it's too good and everyone else gets it all.
