Ok boys. Picked up a pack of country style pork ribs today at the store. Some had bones and some did not. Decided I would make the ones without bones into burnt ends.
All seasoned up with meat church holy voodoo. I decided on this rub because it has some dried jalapeño in it. I wanted some heat with my sweet.
Getting all smoky on the pellet grill.
Mixed up a homemade bbq sauce for the burnt ends. Ketchup, honey, w sauce, lemon, brown sugar, SPG.
Burnt ends rolling with bbq sauce, butter, brown sugar, tiger sauce, honey.
Finishing up with some Jalapeño cheese sausage.
I’m a terrible “plater” but here is the verdict. Hash brown casserole and pasta salad the wife made. Burnt ends, bone in rib, sausage.
