Coming in from Cincinnati

Greetings, My name is Scott, and I am coming in at you from Cincinnati, OH. I have always loved grilling, and last summer started some smoke with an old vertical smoker. I have some luck with it and since I needed a new grill decided to go with an offset. So I currently just purchased a Chargriller 5050 with offset smoke box (I'll post my questions in the proper forum). Anyway needless to say I am a newbie on the smoking scene and definitely have lots of questions. I have learned really fast that there is a learning curve and I have to figure out the finer points of my grill and what to expect. Look forward to interacting with everyone here.
