Wow Rick - that looks incredible. That Espanol sausage is obviously not very fatty. It looks like you did not loose much in cooking. Since I am making my own chorizo I need to try that one for sure
hey thunder the churizo is not really spicy, but if you coat it with hurricae sauce look out youll be breaking a sweat quick and grabbing a cold beer to help
