    2C8C5A84-5048-4B8A-9FA1-832B54E20D26.jpeg Wet aged these chuckies (8lbs) for 3 weeks, smoking them tomorrow. Planning to smoke at 250 till they hit 165 then foil pan lidded to 195. Cube and finish in foil pan till sticky and delicious
