Look what just got delivered to me!!
A pair of high heat bbq gloves and a dexter 12inch scalloped slicer like Franklin has for slicing brisket. It’s super sharp and I can’t wait to use it!!

Awesome! i just got a couple new knives and some new heat gloves, its fun getting new toys! love it!

Happy Smoking,

Nice new toys, I saw that knife on franklins you tube videos. Im definitely going to get one.

I know Sonny E. Can’t wait to slice up some brisket with that bad boy and be able to grab the pork butts or any food really and turn them much quicker than using tongs. Will be nice.

Congratulations on the new toys, very cool.

Chris

Thanks Chris!
Y’all be careful when you get this knife because it is razor sharp. My 4 yr old was just looking/handling the package the knife came in and got a cut on his hand despite my repeated warnings for him to not mess with it. He’ll learn. Nothing too bad but that puppy is sharp.

We have a 4 YO Grand Daughter that is a natural woman. She loves to be in the kitchen helping! They are right between at that age, and prone to get boo-boo's testing the Why factor.
Hopefully they learn with smaller boo-boo's than bigger ones.
Both of the youngest (both girls) have had their chins stitched. Chit happens!

When the knife is out, give him the gloves to wear... LOL!
(And keep the knife out of reach, if that's ever possible with a 4 YO. )

How about an accessory?
