Since I am moving Friday to Utah my friend took me out for lunch today and asked me to smoke something for him. I thought these would be fast and easy.

I am going to miss this view.

    Lemon pepper, garlic and margarine.

Drip pan in place with chicken stock.

All that's left for tonight's dinner with potato salad.

    Thanks for looking.
  2. I hope the move to Utah goes well. Those thighs look mighty tasty and simple!!

Looks great as usual Ron. Have a safe and speedy move. Wave to me on the way by to Utah. Lots of good views there too. Just a lot more white (snow) views. You will be happy you have the MES there!
  4. I grew up on the west side of Abq, so I know what you mean about the view. But we have some really amazing views here in Utah as well! I have always said you can find something to like about anyplace you are living. And as long as you bring the smoker, life is good almost anywhere!
