Hello there, I am so happy I came across this forum. I have been grilling for as long as I can remember but I have just begun to smoke this past Christmas. My first smoke was an 11 pound brisket that came out amazing. I have been hooked ever since. I am currently using a Weber 18" kettle that I have had for about 10 years. I live in the Philadelphia area but I grill year round. I am looking to purchase a Weber Smoky Mountain 22.5" in the next few weeks to take my smoking to the next level. Again, I am happy to be here and you all have a wonderful day.
