A little about myself. I like long walks in the woods to see what trees I can cut down and season for fire wood. I also like long slow cooks to relax and take in the beautiful smells of my product. Straight out of Montgomery county Pa. I looove all things BBQ except for pellet cookers. Just not my thing. To each his own just cant see myself getting on the convinience band wagon. Right on Qers!

Sorry to come off that way, I by no means hate pellet cookers, I just haven't conformed to the tech bbq. I have had some good Q off pellet cookers. Just my personal preference that I like to stoke my coals, and work with wood embers and log.
