Cheapo sirloin tip roast on the rotisserie....wood fire cook!

    Nothing like seeing meat spin over a clean burning wood fire.  If you haven't done then you need to and if you have then you need to do it more often! lol

    Seasoned SPG, olive oil and good old fashion oak fire n smoke.  Made gravy with the juices so open face sammies with gravy later. YUM!

    I had to run to a meeting tonight so maybe just a open face with gravy sammie coming! lol

    No time for a real dinner tonight but did some open face sammies with the gravy made with the juices. Added some chihuahua jalapeno cheese for a little something extra.

    LoJack tasty, Texas garlic toast works great for open face sammies.

    I need to get a slicer but used an electric knife, these were cold sliced.  Roast beef came out good but I definitely need a slicer for the real thin slices.
