Just wondering, if a Chuck Roast would be a better meat than the tri-tip for your recipe?

WHAT! no way no how. have you had a tri tip? A chuck would be way too tough. just my $0.02

You can certainly use chuck roast but it does not have the same consistency as tri-tip. Chuck would be a little stringy.
