Is it possible to freeze natural casing if I buy in bulk (I'm talking like a 5 years supply).
You don't need to freeze them. As long as they are packed in salt they will last indefinitely. I keep mine in the fridge

Thanks Dave! this is some great information. I downloaded all 14 pdfs and this makes a great 470 page .pdf on Meat Processing Technology.

Going to take a while to print read this one.
 
After opening the file, scroll through the pages....  Top/Bottom  of the page there are arrows...   Lots of cool information....
