This was something that was common in this area when I was a kid. It was one of my favorites. Caraway seeds in a soft white cheese, either Havarti or something like Monterey Jack. Haven't seen it in many years, and a Google search shows it's still being made by a couple producers, but not available in stores for pick up or delivery anywhere at all near me?
Anyone see it anywhere else?
 
I do recall this cheese too but haven't had it for years.. a search says it's available at a few stores near me, but unfortunately, I am no where near you! it's possible to order from Amazon though so there's that
