Had a bumper crop of these from last years garden and decided to can some up to give as part of Christmas goodie baskets. My sister in California liked them so much she placed an order with me for more...NOW....lol. They stayed nice and crisp, you got that sweet crunch and then a nice little after burn from the pepper. Thanks for looking. Hmmm, just noticed the tip of the 'lab' inspectors nose at the bottom.
