I'm surprised this thread slipped through the cracks. I LOVE eggs on burgers for breakfast. Getting the eggs just right is the trick. Eggs in the pan, sunny side up, a little water in the pan, cover until yoke is just firm and smooth, not crumbly. Top the burger and add favorite ingredients.
Man, I'm hungry. Might have to fix breakfast burgers this weekend. Thanks for the inspiration WBS!
