Boneless Thighs in my Air Fryer 360 (More experiments)
Yeah, I’m still experimenting with this thing, and still learning.
Now everything is working Fine. All I have to do is;
#1. Plug it in.
#2. Make all the settings.
#3. Then and only then, Hit Start.
We got a pack of 4 Boneless, Skinless Thighs out of the freezer & thawed them out.
Then I put my Special Breading Machine to work, and got a nice coat of Flour, Egg, and Italian Bread Crumbs on them.
Then into the fridge until needed. (A few hours later)
Since I use the Wire Basket, there’s no need to flip things over when half way done.
Then I put the Rack, Pans & Basket where they need to be, and set the Fryer to 380° for 30 Minutes, and hit “Start”.
I checked the stuff at 25 minutes, and found 3 were done & the one bigger one was not.
I removed the 3 done ones & gave the other one 5 more minutes, which took care of the last one.
The Chicken was Excellent & Mrs Bear made some Mashed Taters & Peas, and we put our usual Cream of Chicken Soup on the taters, for gravy.
I ate the last Boneless Thigh the next night with some Taco Sauce.
Thanks For stopping by, Guys & Gals!!
Enjoy the Pics!
Bear
Nearly all of our Trees were yellow when I took this Pic. They're almost all down now.
Removed most of the Fat from 4 Boneless, Skinless Thighs:
Put my Breading Machine to work again. She does a Great Job:
Ready to start @ 380°:
I set it at 30 minutes, so I can pause it at 25, instead of letting it shut off on it's own:
Beautiful !!!
Bear's Supper. The Mashed Taters have my usual "Cream of Chicken Soup" used as Gravy:
Second night I just heated up the leftover Thigh & ate it with some Taco Sauce:
