Nice thighs Bear! :emoji_laughing: :emoji_laughing::emoji_laughing:

It's great that you post your air fryer recipes and techniques. They have been super helpful to me for figuring how to do things in my air fryer.

Thank You S !!

Well Bear, I went and did it. Decided I really didn't want breaded thighs so I just loaded a heavy dose of an off-the-shelf poultry seasoning on them. Tracy was out for girl's night so I took advantage and made these....and OMG am I glad I did!!

Seasoned up and ready to go into the fryer

Dinner all done: thighs, stuffing, and green beans. Basic but oh so good!!

Thighs were perfectly cooked and had a fantastic flavor. They were moist, tender, juicy, and really flavorful. Thank you once again Bear to revisit a childhood favorite that is off limits most of the time around here. I loved every bits of this dinner sir!!

Beautiful Bear, simply beautiful. I just got home from work and have been wondering what to cook for dinner this evening. Tracy is out with one of her friends this evening who is having a rough go of life right now so I'll be all by myself...well I have the Beagle. You sir just took the guess work out of it for me. Our little grocery store around the corner does not have a lot of stuff but they do have chicken and I'm gonna run by and grab a pack of thighs....which are one of my favorite parts of the bird. I may decide to mix up a spicy BBQ sauce...kinda like a wing sauce, and have them on a potato roll. I've always loved that....till I got married and Tracy can't eat chicken. I can though :emoji_wink:

Big LIKE my friend!!

Great looking Thighs there, Robert. Like.
Did you use my 380°, and was it about 25 minutes?
I love the way everything comes out of that thing, so far.
I like it more every time I use it.
Glad you had a positive experience---It will even get better---You'll see.
Wait until you try Fish & Sausages (Fresh & Smoked)---Awesome!!

It gets harder & harder to fire up a smoker & babysit it all day.
I only fire up the Lang 4 or 5 times a year!!
Pretty bad huh!

Al...I feel really bad for your Lang only getting that small amount of attention. I have an idea though: send me your address. I'll load up in the big truck, head to FL, and take that poor little Lang to a place where it'll get a lot more attention :emoji_laughing:

Just offering to help....

Thank you Bear and thank you for the LIKE. Very much appreciate it

No sir....I kinda shot from the hip. Used the Bake setting at 350. Mine look smaller than yours do but the smaller of my two were dine in about 22 minutes and the larger one in about 25 minutes.

I have to agree on both counts. I did Chicken Fried Steak in mine and it was a tad over done, but still extremely good and very evenly cooked.

Glad you had a positive experience---It will even get better---You'll see.

I tend to make every experience positive in some way. This air fryer just makes my life a lot easier doing that :emoji_wink: Sadly I don't know that fish will ever get done in mine as Tracy can't eat it. I do however have an abundance of homemade sausages in the freezer that I intend on cooking. Matter of fact, Tracy just left to go to KC for Thanksgiving so I may do up a couple of Brats this evening.....

Hmmmm....
