FYI for anyone interested - the frozen portion weighs 9-lbs 14-oz. Add that to the 6-lbs 6-oz I roasted and the total weight of the ham was 16-lbs 4-oz.
Sliced off a 1" slab and sauteed in a carbon steel pan in some butter with a sprinkle of brown sugar, then gave it a pinch of salt and that is pork heaven.
