It all looks great but I understand about maybe cooked a bit to long
 
Looks really good to me. If I know I overcooked something and got it into the mid-higher 140’s I’ll cut it up right away, no resting or it will really overcook
 
I wouldn't mind trying a plate of that there steak and asparagus. Looks mighty tasty.
