Bologna, Ribs, Beans & Stuffed Jalapenos

Hadn't smoked anything all week so I thought I better fire up the smoker.

Today I will make my Bologna, Tomorrow my wife sister is coming down for a few days, and loves ribs.

So Tomorrow I'll start early and get my Bologna smoking and about noon I'll start the ribs, then the beans

and Jalapeno's

I will post my Bologna process  and probably just a few pics on the ribs.

Hey Richie, Bologna is easy, easy.  I did a post earlier this year on my first attempt. And it turned out great. My wife says every time Don't Change A Thing !!.   So if she is happy then I'm happy

The smoking part takes the longest of the whole process.
