Now I just need to figure out what accessories to get.
As far as utensils go, as stated before, two long spatulas and a good scraper are must have items. For cleaning, I use the cheapo white terry towels from home depot or wherever.. After cooking I bring her up to a boil, scrape all the grease, food stuffs, and crud into the trap. Then squirt some H2O on and wipe down the the griddle with the terry towel and some tongs. Then it's just a light coat of spray canola while hot and that's it.
When I run out of towels I just toss them into the washer together with bleach and soap and they are ready for another use.
