Good looking meal, nice work. How'd the 1050 do overnight? The only time I have run mine overnight I had a low temp when I woke up, but may have been something I did wrong (was one of my first smokes).

Thanks you sir and I always set a low temp alarm for overnight cooks. Filled the hopper and it ran from 11pm to 6am , then reloaded.
No issues .
