This year we are giving my mom (and our stomachs) a break. My wife is doing a stuffed bird in the oven. I'm thinking of doing a breast on the rotisserie with some hickory and apple. My nephew doesn't like turkey, I have a few hams in the freezer for I offered to do one of those too. Probably on the pellet grill. Should be interesting if nothing else.

Do it . Bone it out , roll and tie . Spin direct , lid off . Small fire .

My nephew doesn't like turkey,
Probably never had a good example .
This one is BBQ spice rubbed , and a bit more smoke .
Pop's brine with orange extract overnight , no salt in the rub .
Might be time for you to change his mind .

After I typed that, the very next morning, my wife was leaving for work, and she says, "you need to go to Costco today to pick up our prescription. F.M.L!!!

I get there early and there wasn't one parking spot in the whole lot. I drive across the street to park and walk in, holy crap what a cluster hump!!!

And of course after waiting in line the lady at the counter says they restocked my wife's prescriptions, and they will have to refill them. I wait around for 30 minutes on one of the display couches, watching the madness unfold, that place is a gold mine.
they need to open a bar in those "stores". We switched to Sam's and BJ's where you can
"scan &go".
