Hello everyone,

My name is Bill, my wife and I live in a small town just south of  Memphis, TN called Olive Branch, MS.  I have been grilling most of my life but only got serious about learning to smoke meat in the last few years.  I have 3 Traeger pellet smokers that I have been using during the last few years and now I just bought a Lang smoker grill combination about a month ago and hope to learn more about cooking with wood.  I look forward to reading and learning from all you good folks on this forum, it sounds interesting and I am sure I will learn a lot from all of you.  Thank you,
