Beginner smoker from Spokane

Just got a Masterbuilt 30" Digital Electric Smoker and the Cold Smoker attachment.
I've cold smoked some cheese and some coffee beans so far and plan on doing a variety of meats over the next couple weeks.
Really excited about this forum as I wish to learn a lot about smoking techniques, brining, rubs, etc...

Welcome to SMF and sounds like you got your feet wet using the smoker.
Hope you get some great meals out of it.
Plenty people in here have or had that smoker. Will be a bunch of advice if you ever need help.
Wish you luck. I have a charcoal small 2 rack smoker..
