I prep my lunches for the week, had some thighs to use up and just wanted to smoke something! Royal oak lump, apple wood (what I had left!) Smoking between 240 and 280. Just put it in! Here's some so far pics!
I did chickens, although I grilled 'em for the 4th. I have been happily enjoying them now all week! Makes ya wonder how people exist driving thru windows for food.
Oh man, had some troubles with the temp! But I was determined haha! Came out absolutely perfect! I think every time I smoke something I say, this is the best I've ever had!
